MR Maintenance, Inc. (MR) is expanding its business to provide building maintenance services to commercial and industrial building owners, property managers and tenants throughout the Midwest. MR is no longer exclusive to any property management company.

Our President, Joe Melone, has been working on commercial and industrial buildings since 1976. He has an expansive wealth of knowledge and an unparalled level of excitement for maintenance. Combined with a straight-forward approach to business, Joe has earned the respect of his peers, tenants, building and fire inspectors, property managers and his staff, of course. Much of his staff has been with him for over a decade.
